How much is shipping?
Orders of $59 or more ship free to the USA and Canada, so every device in the store ships free. Orders under $59 have a $3.99 shipping fee.
How long does delivery take?
Devices ship from our supplier's warehouse in China by FedEx International Economy, with tracking. For US addresses the carrier's estimate is 3–26 days after dispatch. For Canada we confirm the estimate by email when your order ships. See Shipping & Delivery.
Will I pay import duty?
Shipments may be subject to import duty, tax or VAT when they reach your country, and these are paid by the buyer. Details are on the shipping page.
Can I return a device?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is unused and in its original package, or if we sent the wrong or a damaged item. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our error. See Returns & Refunds.
How do I compare devices?
Each product page lists the model number, LED count, wavelengths and size, plus the manufacturer's specification table. The panels collection page and the homepage comparison table put the panels side by side.
What does the wavelength number mean?
It is the colour of light an LED emits, in nanometres (nm). Around 630–670 nm is visible red; 810–850 nm is near-infrared, which the eye barely sees; 940 nm and 1060 nm are invisible.
Who makes the devices?
All devices in the store are made by IDEATHERAPY (Shenzhen Idea Light Limited). Top Beauty Buy is operated by Beautyfly Technology Co., Limited, Hong Kong.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, within 24 hours of purchase and before it ships. Email support@topbeautybuy.com with your order number.
