Once an order is shipped out you will receive an email notification including tracking information when your order is dispatched. You can also log into your account to check the tracking status of your order.

What if your orders is never received

If you don't receive your package within 12 business days please contact us by email support@topbeautybuy.com. We will either fully refund or resend for you.

Custom Duty:

Please note that all shipments may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. When ordering from Top Beauty Buy you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT which may be imposed by your country's government.

We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.
