Returns & Refunds

We have a 14 days refund policy.

Return requests for unwanted items must be made within 14 days of receiving the order, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

You can only make a return if your order fits the following conditions:

-The product is in its original package, not used or damaged in any kind.

-The order you received is incorrect or damaged

To start your return procedure, please first contact support@topbeauytbuy.com with your order number and reason for return. Attach a photo if the order is incorrect or damaged, and also let us know if you want a replacement or a refund. (The return shipping expenses surely will be reimbursed if the return is a result of our error.)

You will receive a return slip on how to return in 2 business days. Follow the instructions, print and fill it then you are ready to post it back to us. Send us the return tracking number to the above email address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to proceed with your return package once received. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Your original payment will be credited back to your original method of payment within 2-7 business days. 

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you haven't received a refund after seven business days, contact your bank or credit card company.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@topbeautybuy.com.

Order Cancellation

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase.

You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via support@topbeautybuy.com once you decide to cancel the order.

We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.

Exchange

We do not accept exchanges. You need to return your order first and then place a new order.
