Shipping policy

We offer free shipping to the USA and Canada on orders of $59 or more. Orders under $59 have a $3.99 shipping fee. Every light therapy device in our store is above that threshold.

How your order ships

Devices ship from our supplier's warehouse in China by FedEx International Economy, with tracking. When your order is dispatched we email you the tracking number, and you can also follow it from your account.

Delivery time

United States: the carrier's estimate is 3–26 days after dispatch. Canada: we confirm the carrier's estimate by email when your order ships.

If your parcel does not arrive

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email support@topbeautybuy.com with your order number. We will either resend it or give you a full refund.

Customs and import duty

Shipments may be subject to import duty, tax or VAT levied when the parcel reaches your country. When ordering from Top Beauty Buy you agree to pay any import duty, tax or VAT imposed by your country's government. Customs rules vary by country and are not always applied. We are not able to refund goods returned because the customer wishes to avoid customs duties.
